HUGE NEWS, RAMS!
The countdown may not be official just yet—but it’s never too early to start getting excited! While the Alexander Ramsey Class of ’79 50th Reunion is still a few years away, time has a way of flying by, and we’re already beginning to lay the groundwork for what promises to be an unforgettable celebration.
During our October 12, 2024 recap meeting, the reunion committee gave thoughtful consideration to potential dates for our big weekend. Based on feedback from many of you through our past reunion survey, we’re looking closely at August 17–18, 2029 as the target dates for our 50th Reunion festivities. It’s exciting to already have something on the calendar horizon as we begin shaping what will be a milestone event for our class!
If the 45th Reunion was any indication, we have a lot to look forward to! The energy, laughter, and reconnecting that took place made it such a fun and memorable experience. It was truly special seeing classmates come together, and it has us hopeful and motivated to make the 50th Reunion even bigger, better, and more widely attended. We’d love to see even more of our classmates join in and be part of what will surely be our best reunion yet!
We’ll continue to keep everyone updated as more details begin to fall into place, so stay tuned for future announcements. In the meantime, I plan on reaching out to current reunion committee members in the next few days, and we’re hoping to put together an informal get-together sometime in May to start the conversation rolling. And as always, if you’re interested in being part of the reunion committee, we’d love to have you join us—just reach out and let us know. The more involvement we have, the more incredible this celebration will be!
